We never see it. HireMUA isn't a payment processor for your bookings, you collect deposits directly from clients however you prefer, and HireMUA just tracks whether they've been paid. The only payment processor anywhere in the system is Stripe, used solely for your own $39/mo subscription. HireMUA never stores full card numbers; Stripe handles that under its own PCI-compliant infrastructure.

Nothing disappears immediately. A cancelled or deleted account is held in a recoverable state for 30 days. Email us within that window and we'll restore everything exactly as it was. After 30 days it's permanently erased, except billing records we're required to retain for tax purposes. You can export your bookings and expenses to CSV at any time before you go, right from your dashboard.
